Carolyn Lint is a Leadership Criteria Framework Feedback Specialist (LCFFS) and coach with the Washington State Leadership Academy. In addition, Carolyn spent the past five years as a district improvement facilitator. This has included work in Washington’s Summit District Improvement Initiative.
With over 35 years in Washington education, Carolyn has had extensive classroom and administrative experience at all levels. She began her career as a special education teacher. Moving into administration, she held positions in a number of areas including special education, Title I, and curriculum and program development. Prior to retirement from the North Thurston School District, she spent five years as the assistant superintendent for instruction.
Developing sustainable district systems to support high achievement for all students has long been a focus of Carolyn’s work. She enjoys the role of a coach and consultant with all aspects of a school system as we work together to help all students benefit from our public education system.
Carolyn received a B.A. in Communications and M.Ed. in Special Education from the University of Washington. In addition, she earned her administrative credential from Central Washington University and her superintendent’s credential from the University of Washington.
